Return Eligibility

Time Limit: Returns must be requested within 28 days of purchase date.

Item Condition Requirements: Items must be 100%:

  • Undamaged
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unwrinkled
  • Unaltered
  • In resellable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and donated to charity.

Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee: 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (charged by our fulfillment warehouse)
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Loss or damage during return shipping voids the refund

Return Shipping Requirements

  • You must ship items back to the original warehouse at your own expense
  • Accepted Carriers: Purolator, UPS, or FedEx ONLY
  • NOT Accepted: Canada Post (returns using Canada Post will be rejected)
  • In-person returns are not accepted (warehouses not open to public)

Return Process

Step 1: Email Return Request

Email shopblankapparel@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Reason(s) for return
  • List of each item to be returned:
    • Model number
    • Quantity
    • Color
    • Size

Step 2: Receive RMA Number

We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the warehouse return address and further instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Place items in a clean, sturdy box
  • Write the RMA number on a sheet of paper and place it inside the box on top of the items
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box using a black permanent marker

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Ship to the warehouse address provided using Purolator, UPS, or FedEx only
  • After shipping, email us the tracking number

Step 5: Inspection & Refund

  • The warehouse will inspect your return within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are processed 3-4 business days after approval and restocking
  • Refund amount = Purchase price minus 25% restocking fee

Important Notes

  • Worn, washed, wrinkled, altered, or damaged items will be denied
  • Denied returns will NOT be sent back to you and will be donated to charity
  • The Return Department is not open to the public
  • Returns made in bad faith will result in a permanent ban from future purchases

Exchange Policy for Defective Items

Defective Item Eligibility

Time Limit: You must report defects within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted by the brand.

How to Request a Defective Item Exchange

Exchanges for defective items are processed directly through the brand.

Send ONE email to shopblankapparel@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Brand name, model number, color, size, and quantity
  • One photo showing both the defect AND the clothing tag (size must be visible in the same photo)

Important: Brands do not accept multiple emails for the same claim. Include all required information in a single message.

What Happens Next

  1. We forward your complete request to the brand for review
  2. The brand determines if the request qualifies for an exchange
  3. You’ll typically receive a response within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, a replacement will be sent
  5. If denied, we’ll notify you with the reason provided by the brand

All requests are logged for record-keeping and brand accountability.

Wrong Item Received

If you received incorrect items due to a picking error on our part, we will correct it at no cost to you.

  • Your order number
  • Description of the error
  • Clear photo of the incorrect item showing the clothing tag and size

Resolution Process:

  1. Our warehouse team performs an inventory check and reviews security footage (1-2 business days)
  2. We email you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. You print the label and send the incorrect item back
  4. Once we receive the return, we promptly ship the correct item to you

No cost to you for our error.

Missing Items

Before Filing a Claim

Before filing a missing items claim, please:

  • Check if your order was fulfilled from multiple warehouses (multiple packages may arrive separately)
  • Review all shipment notification emails, including your spam/junk folder
  • Verify that all packages have been delivered and none are still in transit
  • Ask anyone in your organization who had access to the package if items were misplaced
  • Note: Carriers sometimes split deliveries unexpectedly

Filing a Missing Items Claim

Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Email shopblankapparel@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Missing item model number(s)
  • Missing item brand(s)
  • Missing item official color name(s)
  • Quantity of each missing item

We will file the claim with our fulfillment warehouse on your behalf.

Important Warnings

  • The fulfillment warehouse will check if this is your first missing item claim
  • Repeat claims may be automatically refused
  • Multiple claims may result in blocking of future orders to your name and address
  • We have zero control over the warehouse’s decisions or processes
  • Claims submitted after 3 business days may be denied
