- Aim for $335+ order total for free shipping from all warehouses
- Order from only one warehouse to avoid multiple shipping charges
- Choose the warehouse nearest to your delivery address
Shipping Carriers
We use Purolator and UPS for ground shipping only.
We never use Canada Post because it is slow and unreliable.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order ships.
Warehouse Locations & Processing Times
We have three fulfillment warehouses:
- Toronto, Ontario
- Calgary, Alberta
- Vancouver, British Columbia
Same-Day Shipping Cut-Off Times:

Orders placed after cut-off times will ship the following business day.
Warehouses operate Monday to Friday only (closed on weekends).
Delivery Timeframes
90% of orders are delivered the next business day if ordered before the warehouse cutoff time (within the same province as the warehouse).
From Toronto Warehouse:
- ON, QC, NB: 1-2 business days
- MB, SK, NS, NL, PE: 2-4 business days
- AB, BC: 3-5 business days
From Calgary Warehouse:
- AB, BC: 1-2 business days
- ON, QC, NB, MB, SK: 2-5 business days
- NS, NL, PE: 4-6 business days
From Vancouver Warehouse:
- BC, AB: 1-2 business days
- ON, QC, NB, MB, SK: 3-5 business days
- NS, NL, PE: 5-6 business days
Secure Shipping Insurance
For an additional $5.99, you can purchase Secure Shipping Insurance, which requires a signature upon delivery. Choose this option if someone will be available to sign for the package.
Without Secure Shipping Insurance:
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you
- We are not liable for parcels stolen or lost after delivery confirmation
- No compensation or replacements will be provided
- Couriers may not ring doorbells or provide direct delivery notifications
Split Shipments
Your order may be shipped from multiple warehouses due to inventory levels. This means you may receive:
- Multiple packages
- Different delivery dates
- Multiple tracking numbers
Check your email for all shipment notifications, including your spam/junk folder.
Address Changes
Once your order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Orders are immediately forwarded to our independent fulfillment warehouses for processing.
If you entered the wrong address, contact Purolator or UPS immediately upon receiving your tracking number(s) to request an address correction. Provide all tracking numbers when contacting them.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Purolator and UPS typically attempt delivery twice, though a second attempt is not guaranteed.
If no second attempt is made, your package will be held for 5 days at the nearest pickup location. Check the carrier’s website for the pickup address.
Failure to Pick Up Within 5 Days:
- Package will be automatically returned to our warehouse
- You will be charged the full return shipping cost
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied
- Items will be restocked
- Refund issued minus restocking fee and return shipping costs
- Free shipping does NOT apply to re-shipment
It is your responsibility to:
- Track your packages
- Stay informed about delivery status
- Resolve delivery issues with carriers promptly
Tracking Information
Purolator Tracking:
Visit https://www.purolator.com/en to track your package. The website shows:
- Number of boxes shipped
- Unique tracking number for each box
- Estimated delivery date for each package
UPS Tracking:
Visit https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_CA to track your package. UPS shows only one tracking number for the entire order, even if there are multiple boxes. To find out how many boxes are in your shipment, contact UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877 or use their Chat Assistant.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, contact the carrier directly to confirm the package status. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us at shopblankapparel@gmail.com with your order ID and tracking number.
Freight Terms
Shipping costs are F.O.B. point of origin. Additional carrier charges due to incorrect addresses, residential delivery, or remote areas are the responsibility of the customer.
