No Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason. Orders are immediately forwarded to our independent third-party fulfillment warehouses, which do not permit any changes.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is charged in full at the time of checkout. We do not accept purchase orders.

If an order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued based on your card provider’s processing timeline.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) unless otherwise stated.

We strive to ensure that pricing and product information is accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error:

We will contact you before processing your order
You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order
If already charged, we will issue a refund for the difference or full refund if order is cancelled

“As Low As” Pricing: Typically refers to white items in sizes S-XL for bulk orders of 36+ pieces. Actual pricing may vary based on color, size, and quantity.

Product availability is subject to change. Cached or outdated pricing from third-party platforms will not be honored.

Product Information

All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided by the respective brands. While we strive for accuracy:

Actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or device
Product features and specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer
We are not responsible for discrepancies between product descriptions and actual products

Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information about shipping costs, delivery times, and carrier information.

All merchandise remains the property of Shop Blank Apparel until full payment is received and the order is delivered.

Shipping costs are calculated from the point of origin (F.O.B.). Additional carrier charges due to incorrect addresses, residential delivery fees, or remote area surcharges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee is charged by our independent fulfillment warehouse and is non-negotiable.

Tax Information

All prices exclude applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST). Shop Blank Apparel collects and remits taxes according to Canadian federal and provincial laws.

Tax exemptions may apply for customers who provide:

Valid PST exemption documentation, or
First Nations status with supporting identification and delivery to reserve land
